Subdivision & Development Appeal Board (SDAB)
The Subdivision & Development Appeal Board consists of citizens that hear appeals filed for development permit decisions and subdivision decisions. The SDAB can confirm, revoke, or vary orders relating to development permits or subdivisions and/or any condition related to them. Members of the SDAB are required to complete Provincial Training every three years. The Summer Village of Ghost Lake is part of a regional agreement where trained SDAB members from municipalities who are part of the agreement may be shared to ensure quorum can be achieved for any SDAB hearing.
